Botox and Dysport are neuromodulators that temporarily reduce muscle contractions to create a smoother, more youthful look. Botox is commonly used to treat wrinkles and fine lines on the forehead, between the eyebrows (glabellar lines), and around the eyes (crow’s feet). It can also be used for medical purposes, such as treating migraines, excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), and muscle spasms.

Baby Botox, or micro-Botox, works the same as traditional botox but uses a much smaller dose. This technique is used in candidates that are looking for more preventative care and less dramatic results.

The price of a session varies considerably based off of the area and the condition being treated. Our Botox costs $10 per unit.

The effects of Botox typically last around 3 to 4 months. Over time, muscle movement gradually returns, and wrinkles might reappear. There are a number of things that determine when your Botox will wear off including:

Xeomin and Botox are both a form of botulinum toxin type A, however, Xeomin is the pure form while Botox has protein additives. While both have a similar effectiveness, Xeomin has been shown to have a quicker onset and a longer duration.

Both Botox and Daxxify are made from botulinum toxin, however, Daxxify contains peptides that allow it to last longer than Botox. Studies have shown Daxxify can last up to 6-9 months, almost twice as long as the results from Botox. We charge $15 per unit of Daxxify at the Vanity Room Med Spa.
